The target
We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for every page of this website, and for every step of the purchase process, from a product page through the cart and checkout to the order confirmation.
What we test
We test this website against those guidelines with automated checks, in a phone layout and a desktop layout, and in the states a shopper actually reaches: the cart drawer open, the menu open, the collection filters open, and a photograph zoomed. We also measure what automated tools cannot see, which is pointer target sizes, reflow at a width of 320 pixels, help links keeping one order across the site, and text staying readable when you increase line and letter spacing.
The limit
Automated checks cannot certify accessibility on their own. We do not yet run a routine programme of keyboard-only walkthroughs or screen reader passes, so this page tells you what we measure rather than claiming more than we do.
