The target
We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for every page of this website, and for every step of the purchase process, from a product page through the cart and checkout to the order confirmation.
What we test
We test this website against those guidelines with automated checks, in a phone layout and a desktop layout, and in the states a shopper actually reaches: the cart drawer open, the menu open, the collection filters open, and a photograph zoomed. We also measure what automated tools cannot see, which is pointer target sizes, reflow at a width of 320 pixels, help links keeping one order across the site, and text staying readable when you increase line and letter spacing.
The limit
Automated checks cannot certify accessibility on their own. We do not yet run a routine programme of keyboard-only walkthroughs or screen reader passes, so this page tells you what we measure rather than claiming more than we do.

The scope

What the site already does
A system set to reduce motion gets a site with the entrance animations removed rather than sped up, which is the distinction that matters to anyone who gets motion sick from a fast version of the same movement. Nothing on the storefront moves on its own, there is no carousel that advances by itself, and no animation is load-bearing, so a page with every effect stripped still says everything it says.
Pages reflow to a 320 pixel viewport with no sideways scroll, which is what a phone at 400% zoom actually is. Where a table is genuinely wider than the screen, the table alone scrolls inside its own frame, that frame takes keyboard focus so it can be panned without a mouse, and the page behind it stays still. Text spacing overrides are honoured, so increasing line height or letter spacing in your own settings does not clip a word.
Every interactive control shows a visible focus ring, the skip link is the first stop on the page, and the site keeps one order for its help links wherever they appear so the route to a person does not move between pages. In a forced-colours or high-contrast mode the interface takes the system palette rather than fighting it, and borders stay drawn where colour alone would have carried the meaning.
If something still blocks you
Tell us the page, the device and what happened, and send it to support@shwetheritage.in. A report that names the browser and the assistive software is faster to act on, but an unpolished description of what went wrong is worth far more than a silent page, so send it either way. We reply within 48 hours.
A barrier is not a reason to abandon an order. If a step of the purchase path is unusable for you, write to us or call and a person completes it with you, using the same prices and the same policies as the site. Nothing on this site is available only to a shopper who can use a screen.
