Unworn means tried on for size, nothing more, with every tag still attached. The exchange covers pieces that return the way they arrived, so keep the tags in place until the size is settled.

Can a cash on delivery order be refunded?

A refund returns money to the payment method an order was placed with, so refunds apply to prepaid orders. A cash on delivery piece that does not fit goes back for a replacement size instead, within the same 7 days of delivery.

Delivery is free anywhere in India, in-stock pieces leave Lucknow in 1 to 2 business days, and every order is tracked live. An unworn piece with tags intact exchanges for a replacement size within 7 days of delivery. The exchange starts with an email or a WhatsApp message. Prepaid orders can instead be refunded to the original payment method once the return clears quality check in Lucknow.

Delivery

We deliver free across India, and every order carries live tracking. Checkout accepts an Indian delivery address, a 6-digit PIN code and a 10-digit Indian mobile number.

Exchanges

A piece that does not fit goes back for a replacement size. Ask from your order page within 7 days of delivery, or write to support@shwetartistry.com or message us on WhatsApp quoting the SH- reference, and we arrange a pickup for the unworn piece with its tags intact.

Refunds

Where you would rather have a refund, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method once the returned piece reaches Lucknow and clears quality check. The money then reaches your account in 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. We pay for the return pickup. Nothing is deducted from your refund.
